The hotel is in a convenient location, just in front of a bus stop and very close to the Fontana river. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. the friendly and helpful staff are available 24/7. the breakfast is tasty and provides a good start to the day. Guests can also enjoy free tea all day, as well as a variety of snacks available for purchase in the lobby.
The hotel could benefit from having do not disturb signs to use.

The hotel's location was great! The tram stop right outside was very convenient and affordable, plus the views of the nearby canals were breathtaking. The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, with a nice breakfast included. The staff was friendly and available 24/7.
We did experience a few downsides. The noise from the street was unavoidable, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Convenient location, clean room, tasty breakfast, helpful staff. We enjoyed staying here for 8 nights. The hotel is located exactly in front of the bus stop and very close to Fontana river. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also spotless. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location, with a tram stop just across the street, making it easy to get around the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a spacious bathroom. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea available in the lobby throughout the day.
Although the hotel was comfortable and clean, the street noise was quite noticeable in the room, making it challenging to sleep through the night at times. the breakfast options were limited to eggs, sausages, and cereal.
